Our Process
Consultation

We begin with a detailed survey of your site. We look at your kitchen layout, cooking appliances, building structure, and any existing ventilation.
Design

Our engineers create a tailored plan, complete with airflow calculations, hood designs and duct routes. We keep efficiency and compliance at the core of every design.
Installation

Our team manages installation from start to finish. All work is carried out safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to your operation.
Aftercare

Once your system is running, we offer maintenance packages to keep it performing at its best. Regular servicing helps prevent grease build-up, breakdowns, and compliance issues.

Common Problems Solved by Bespoke Ventilation
High energy bills
Over sized fans or poorly balanced systems waste energy. Bespoke systems are calculated precisely, so you’re only using what you need.
Grease build-up and fire risks
Grease that isn’t captured properly can accumulate in ductwork, creating a serious fire hazard. Our systems use the right filtration and hood design to reduce this risk.
Strong food odours spreading outside
If neighbours are complaining, you may need advanced odour control such as carbon filters or electrostatic filters. We design systems that capture odours before they leave the building.
Excessive heat in the kitchen
If your staff are overheating, it’s usually because your ventilation isn’t removing enough hot air. A bespoke system balances extraction and supply air to create a cooler working environment.
